Free Judo Course: Katame no Kata
This complimentary course is specifically designed for judokas who wish to learn, refine, and improve their understanding of Katame no Kata. Whether you're preparing for grading, competition, or personal development, this training will enhance both your technical execution and theoretical knowledge.

Important Requirements:

• A white judo gi is mandatory for all participants.
• Each participant must register and attend with a designated Tori and Uke.
