Judo Queensland invites judoka to attend a Nationals Kata Preparation Session at Shin Gi Tai Judo Club.

This session is designed for judoka looking to refine their kata technique, prepare for gradings, or improve their understanding of kata performance in the lead up to Nationals.

Eligibility & Requirements:

Who Should Attend:

• Judoka interested in completing kata
• Those preparing for kata demonstrations in gradings
• Anyone looking to improve their kata knowledge and technique

Prerequisites:

• Participants must have some prior knowledge of the kata they wish to practice
• Essential: Participants must bring their own tori/uke partner
• All grades welcome (subject to kata level appropriate to grade)

• Participants are encouraged to specify which kata they wish to work on when submitting their EOI
• Please ensure you and your partner are familiar with the kata basics before attending
• This is a preparation and refinement session, not a beginner kata introduction
