Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Association will be held VIA ZOOM at 10.00am on Sunday 14 December 2025
(Zoom access code and password to be supplied with Final Agenda).
Motions and nominations put forward by member Clubs need to be signed by the representatives of two separate clubs as mover and seconder. The nominee must also sign as accepting the nomination. Motions and nominations must be received by mail or email: secretary@judoqueensland.org.au by 4pm on Friday 28 November 2025 to be included in the final agenda.
